Venn Group has been approached by a leading contractor in Leeds to recruit for a Complaints Handler on a contract basis for 6 months with the possibility for a permanent role.
The role will consist of the following duties and experience:
- Deal with complaints from customers
- Liaise with building contractors and in house teams
- Accurately update and maintain spreadsheets and computer databases
- Deal with queries over the phone and via email
- Possess a strong attention to detail
It is essential the successful candidate has experience of working within a similar role in a fast paced environment.
It will be possible to work from home for 2 days per week once training has been completed.
