Interim Complaints Coordinator
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organization in the Merseyside area who urgently require a temporary Complaints Coordinator to work on-site, on a 2 month basis initially.
The key role responsibilities are:

Co-ordinating and managing targets and objectives identified in the Organisation’s Complaints Strategy

Liaising with clinical and non-clinical staff and managers to gather views and disseminate information

Initiate investigations into formal complaints

Gather views and disseminate information in relation to the complaints process

Liaison with patients to gather views and to influence complaints management
-
To facilitate meetings with complainants and/or their representatives and staff which will encourage local resolution wherever possible.
Please note this role requires on-site working, full-time.
