Customer Service Agent (Remote Working)

A position has arisen for an interim Customer Service Agent with one of our healthcare clients based in Oxfordshire. This is a fully remote position for a minimum of 3 months, paying £10.28 per hour + holiday pay. They are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.
Your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for people telephoning, offering an operator service and handling incoming calls on the Contact Centre consoles
- Ensuring the database remains up to date by investigating and rectifying incorrect records
- Controlling and taking charge of calls by managing callers in a calm professional manner and treating them with dignity and respect at all times
- Ensuring that an effective service is provided to all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Using the correct salutation and communication standards when handling calls, in line with the company’s procedures
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrable experience
- Strong communication skills
- Personable and friendly manner
- Suitable home working facilities with a reliable internet connection
