Conveyancing & Compliance Executive
Warwickshire practice seeks experienced Conveyancer to join their successful team in a hybrid role which would see you handling a reduced caseload and playing a key role within the team, managing various aspects of compliance.
The position would be ideally suited to an organised and process orientated Conveyancer who is seeking a role with more variety and a different kind of challenge.
You will have conduct of a manageable caseload of conveyancing files and progress matters from start to finish. You will benefit from support from a conveyancing clerk and will handle the caseload without supervision. The firm has a case management system and a well curated precedent bank to enable efficient working.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance aspects of the department are adhered to and that lenders are kept up to date regarding case progress on their respective portals. You will also work closely alongside the Head of Department to coordinate file reviews for the department.
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and will be competitive. The firm offers free parking and is commutable from Rugby, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Coventry.
