Conveyancing Solicitor – Head of Conveyancing
Wolverhampton
Progressive and growing Wolverhampton based law firm seeks an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join in a senior capacity as Head of Conveyancing.
You will play a key role in a growing business and will manage your own caseload whilst supervising a team of junior fee earners. The caseload will touch upon all aspects of residential conveyancing and you will use your experience and knowledge to trouble shoot on complex matters.
The firm has invested heavily in technology and back office support to allow you to focus on providing an excellent service to your clients and to lead the department without distraction.
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum. The firm offers a competitive holiday allowance and ongoing opportunities for progression.

Essential
- Excellent technical expertise in conveyancing
- A minimum of five years PQE
- Ability to use case management systems
Desirable
- Experience managing fee earners or support staff
- Experience working in a CQS accredited practice
