Corporate Governance Project Manager
Venn Group is currently working with a health organisation in North Kent for a Corporate Governance Project Manager to support the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Archiving corporate documents
- Taking on projects (such as training programs for board of directors)
- Maturity when conducting Fit & Proper Person Test
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Corporate Governance experience
- Discretion, confidentiality, and maturity
Job Title: Corporate Governance Project Manager
Daily rate: £144.54 - £171.06 (B6) / £171.18 - £212.53 (B7) PAYE including holiday pay
Duration: 3 Months (will be extended)
Hours: 37.5 per week
WFH: Hybrid
