Corporate Programme Management Office (CPMO) Delivery Analyst
We are currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking for the interim support of a Corporate Programme Management Office (CPMO) Delivery Analyst to help drive forward a Council’s Transformation and Improvement agenda through an intelligent and proactive CPMO that focuses on engagement, delivery of assurance and oversight of all corporate change and transformation initiatives.
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide robust delivery analysis across all corporate change and transformation initiatives
- Proactively identify key opportunities, challenges, risks and issues affecting delivery
- Work closely with the CPMO Engagement Partners by undertaking key programme analysis activity in order to understand the current position of Portfolios and programmes against strategic alignment
- Deliver high quality, customer focused programme management support and CPMO activities
- Work closely and collaboratively to develop strong and effective relationships with Portfolio Sponsors and Programme Leads to ensure successful achievement of programme outcomes
- Attend key governance meetings including programme boards and provide quality CPMO contribution in terms of advice, challenge and support
- Provide senior decision makers with the information and evidence they need to make informed decisions, using robust governance, transparent reporting and monitoring processes to do so
- Work as part of a high performing team in driving forward an intelligent CPMO. This includes working closely with colleagues in Finance, Policy, HR, Communications, and Risk
Key experience/skills needed:
- Change Management, Programme management and/or Business Design/Analyst qualification
- Knowledge and experience of utilising project methodologies, tools and techniques
- Proven experience of working in a PMO environment and significant knowledge of the key tools
- Experience of building effective working relationships with stakeholders and influencing at all levels and areas of the business, including partners

Rate: £600 per day negotiable dependant on experience
Outside IR35
