Customer Service Admin role waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position
Position: Customer Service Admin
Location: Ripon (2-3 days in office training then fully Remote)
Length: 2-Month Temp contract
Hours: 40 p/week 8am-5pm
The role will predominantly involve:
- Being the first point of contact for customer queries
- Responsibly taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to a high standard
- Liaising with engineers
- Performing additional ad hoc admin duties
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be available at short notice.
