Temporary Customer Service Advisor Role

A position has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor within a leading Housing Association based in Greater Manchester (West) This is a key role on monthly ongoing temporary basis. It is paying between £10 and £11.00 per hour
The successful candidate must have experience in Customer Service
Your duties will include:
- First point of contact for tenants over the phone for a variety of repairs, ASB, rent payments, housing and complaints
- Responsible for been a remote doorbell, for 18 blocks of high rise blocks, and responding to any tenants/non tenants looking to access the properties
- Offering support to tenants on using only portals to book in any emergency repairs online
- Responding to emails and webchats
- Using a CRM system to update records on the system
Hybrid working will be available after full training has been given
Candidate must be flexible with shift patterns – covering 8am till 4pm and 1pm till 9pm shifts
The successful candidate must have:
- Dealing with high volume of calls
- Experience of working in a customer service call centre environment
This would be an ideal role for an accurate and hands on candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add value to a team.
