Customer Support Executive
Hourly Rate: £13.69 PAYE including holiday pay
Contact length: 3 month contract
Location: Remote – first week will be in the office for training
Hours: 40 hours per week
Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in Ripon who are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive.
Main duties of the job:
- Processing customer orders generated by the customer website
- Providing customer support via email, phone calls or the online chat
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Responsible for providing assistance, resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
