Deputy Electrical Systems Manager Position available
Location: Plymouth
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum + 25 days annual leave
On call: 1 in 5 weeks, + £2300 yearly bonus

- You will be strongly supported by the Electrical Systems Manager and wider team, with the opportunity for professional development and training
- Training will include High and Low Voltage Authorised Person Training
- There will be opportunities to develop Project Management, Building Surveying, Finance and/or Management skills if desired
- Professional Registration and development will also be supported
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Ensure that planned and reactive maintenance are carried out to schedule
- Assist in implementing Safe Systems of work on electrical systems
- Support the oversight of timely and safe electrical systems maintenance work
- Ensure that all projects are compliant with appropriate legislation and regulations
- Contribute to electrical elements of building design and building handover
Essential requirements:
- To be considered for this role you must hold an Electrical qualification e.g. Electricians NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Electrical regulation training e.g. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and/or City & Guilds
- Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing (2391 or 2394&5)
