DevOps Engineer

Our market-leading client require a DevOps Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in the full lifecycle of the data solution development
- Provide technical advice on technological processes within the data domain
- Collaborate with other team members, internal and external
- Work in a dynamic team assisting with solution improvement activities
- Work in a highly-secure environment individually and collaboratively
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in DevOps Engineering within the Data domain including ETL/ELT
- Knowledge of Linux administration and implementation
- Hands-on experience with Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Experience working with Big Data solutions
- Extensive experience working in a highly secure environment including offline networks with experience managing issues individually and collaboratively
Desirable:
- Experience with code development e.g. Python, Bash
