A couple of positions have arisen for Disrepair Administrators/Planners within a leading Social housing organisation in Greater Manchester (West) . This is a key role on a temporary to permanent basis and is paying £10.58 per hour + holiday pay
The successful candidate must have experience in Admin

Responsible for working closely with the clients legal team

Working for a social housing contractor

Accountable for raising job, and booking in work to be completed

Providing legal teams with dates for work to be completed

Monitoring and managing email inbox
The successful candidate should have:

Administration experienced essential

Attention to detail

Experience in planning would be desirable
This would be an ideal role for an accurate and hands on candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add value to a team.
