EDI Workforce Lead
Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for an EDI Workforce Lead within a well establish public sector organisation in Hull. The post holder must have strong Equality, Diversity & Inclusion experience and be comfortable with submitting EDI Annual reports. This role is primarily remote.
The successful candidate will have experience providing a generalist HR service to defined areas within an organisation including the provision of high quality HR advice and proactive support and guidance regarding Employee Relations within the company.
Your duties will include:
- To support the achievement of the Trust’s workforce equality, diversity and inclusion aims, objectives, strategies and plans
- To act as a subject matter expert in workforce equality, diversity and inclusion matters, including relevant legislation and best practice which the job holder will use to develop pragmatic and effective solutions to enable the Trust to achieve its equality objectives
- To support the Trust’s development and delivery of equality, diversity and inclusion training interventions such as equality impact assessments
Desirable Skills
- Previous public sector experience
- CIPD Qualification
