Electrical Maintenance Technician – South Kensington, London

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Join a leading institution and play a vital role in keeping its campus running smoothly. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to support academic, research, and administrative functions.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults across LV power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, access control, and more
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to maintain operational excellence
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical discipline and IOSH Level 2 qualification
- Proven experience in building services maintenance and electrical fault finding
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work flexibly, including a 7-day rotating shift pattern
