Electrical Technician – Leicestershire

Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Electrical Technician for an organisation in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

The role will involve:

• Working on breakdowns, planned and reactive maintenance on technical mechanical, steam raising and electrical plant found in hospital environment
• Responsible for undertaking condition surveys, evaluating inspection reports and maintenance repairs
• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are met at all times
• The ability or analyse highly complex and technical facts or situations and exercise a high level of judgement in arriving at decisions
• Knowledge of and ability to carry out minor works of other trades after attending appropriate training
• Responsible for calibration and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience within a similar role or have extensive relevant experience demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge in a similar specialised field of work
