Employee Relations Advisor
Salary: £18 per hour Umbrella
Hours: Full time
Location: Hybrid (expectancy for at least 1 day on site per week)
Venn Group are currently working with an NHS Trust based in South Yorkshire to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to start at short notice on a 3-month contract.
Main duties of the job:
· Provide timely, consistent and appropriate advice and support for managers on a range of employee relations matters (specifically, disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and attendance, capability, bullying/harassment)
· Assist managers in suspension meetings, and support the investigation into allegations relating to disciplinary, grievance or harassment cases and support with the completion of all associated documentation
· Taking individual ownership in relation to tasks shared across teams and supporting colleagues to ensure that a seamless service is provided
· Provide support to managers in preparing any reports/case presentation and assist panels in consideration of evidence associated with disciplinary, grievance, capability and harassment issue
· Provide support to managers in presenting and hearing appeals against dismissals and other sanctions
