Engagement and Communications Manager
Where: Salisbury (homeworking with some travel to site)

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Engagement and Communications Manager to join our highly esteemed client in Salisbury on an interim basis for 23 months.
Duties will include:
- Establish, build and maintain good working relationships with staff across the workforce, gaining their trust and uncovering internal stories and issues of interest
- Manage and develop internal engagement and communications through supporting when necessary the production and delivery of the Daily Bulletin working to tight deadlines and with competing priorities
- Provide support during major incidents and support for emergency planning and delivery
- Manage and develop a phased engagement and communications plan for digital transformation projects through the production and delivery of various channels, working to tight deadlines, across multiple streams
- Attend internal and external meetings, stakeholder gatherings with stakeholders when required
- Responsible for ensuring that the key messages are disseminated to staff in a responsible manner
- Apply and monitor the consistent use of corporate identity and branding requirements
- Commission and manage design and print projects, photography and advertising as required
- Develop effective working relationships with communications staff in partner organisations
Essential Requirements:
- Exeprience in a similar role working within the Public Sector
Desirable Requirements:
- Exeprience managing digital projects
