Job Title: ESR Manager

Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for an ESR Manager within a NHS Trust in South Yorkshire. The post holder must have strong communication and engagement skills and comfortable with working alongside senior staff and external bodies. This role will be primarily remote, only requiring the candidate to be on site once per week.

The successful candidate will have experience using the ESR system. The role will involve the line management of a team of HR Administrators.

Your duties will include:

• Excellent knowledge of ESR system functionality including user responsibility profiles, their purpose/functionality
• Providing general HR systems support to line managers
• Good understanding of how NHS works including knowledge of clinical and non-clinical roles and terms of employment
• Extensive demonstrable experience of analysing complex data
• Good understanding of how NHS works including knowledge of clinical and non-clinical roles and terms of employment
• Demonstrable experience of producing, manipulating and analysing data from Business Intelligence reporting systems

Desirable Skills

• Previous NHS experience
• CIPD Qualification
