Estates & Facilities Operations Manager

A position has arisen for a temporary Estates and Facilities Operations Manager within an established healthcare organisation situated in Norfolk. This role will be responsible for assisting the operational management of outsourced estates & facilities service contracts.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting in the management of complex projects, which would include new developments and site improvements, to ensure that business objectives are met
- Managing all service relocation projects, ensuring suitable advance planning, resource planning and execution of logistics within required timeframes
- Assisting the development and monitoring of cost improvement plans (CIPs) in accordance with corporate policy
- Determining necessary space, equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure effective functioning of unit/department
- Managing the minor works programme, ensuring delivery of all approved works to support operational service delivery
The successful candidate should have:
- You will have experience overseeing outsourced contractors
- You must have strong soft/hard FM experience in a commercial environment
- You must hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle to travel between sites
- A Standard DBS Check will be required for this role
