Executive Assistant

Venn Group is currently working with a global telecommunications provider who are looking for a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support an Executive Director.
Rate: Circa £300 - £350 per day
Location: West London
Duration: 3 – 6 months
Job Responsibilities:

Providing day to day high level assistance to a member of the Executive Team, to ensure effective and efficient running of their schedule and work commitments

Arranging and booking all travel commitments

Making reservations for breakfast meetings, lunch and dinner

Managing all telephone queries and correspondence efficiently; preparing responses and dealing with issues wherever appropriate

Complete management of inbox

Managing diary and expectations of workload, ensuring the individual is fully briefed for their daily schedule

Representing the Executive Director as their first point of contact for both internal and external contacts, managing highly confidential information

Preparing the Executive Director for all CEO interactions with appropriate papers, packs, etc.
The successful candidate will have:

Extensive experience supporting Executive Directors, preferably C-suite and above
-
The ability to manage a very demanding workload

Excellent organisational, prioritisation and decision making skills

Flexibility outside of the standard working hours
