The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and communications, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of special projects and events
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Ensure efficient communication and follow-up on action items resulting from meetings
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the CEO and executive team
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
