Executive Project Administrator – Fixed Term Contract
Venn Group are urgently seeking an experienced Executive Project Administrator for our client, a recognised Housing Charity, to work with them in Central London. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to an executive team project.
Position: Executive Project Administrator
Hours: 35 hours a week
Location: Central London (remote working involved)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Pro Rata
Duration: 7 months - Fixed Term Contract
Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to members of Executive Team, Leadership Team and Client Services Leadership Team relating to a housing project

Arranging, organising and scheduling meetings, taking into account the diaries and availability of key participants

Maintaining forward planners, developing agendas, chasing reports and uploading documents on the portal

Managing general and financial administrative processing

Typing, filing, photocopying, document and layout producing

Carrying out research specific to the projects as and when requested

Liaising with external contacts, providing appropriate information, handling queries and visitors
Requirements:
-
Previous experience of personal assistant/administrator, ideally in housing sector

Excellent attention to detail and desire to produce work of a high quality

Experience of carrying out research into new or unfamiliar topics
