Urgent Requirement – Facilities Administrator – Northfield – 3 months
Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Facilities Administrator for an organisation based in Northfield and will be for a 3 months, but with the opportunity to be extended. The rate is around £11 per hour including holiday pay
The role will involve:
- Helping to organise orders and liaise with suppliers
- Monitoring and updating spreadsheets
- Raising purchase numbers for invoices
- Book meetings and taxis on request, receive and answer emails and undertake an assortment of other administrative work
- Setting up meeting rooms
