Facilities & Maintenance Administrator Role Available
Location: Watford
Length: 6 months, temporary ongoing
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Supporting the Director of place & Environment with all required administrative duties
- Perform administrative tasks such as diary management, office coordination, taking minutes in meetings, booking meeting rooms and organization the mail room
- Ensure all legislative compliance is adhered to
- Complete and regularly review risk assessments for all relevant activities, operations and environments
- Liaise with customers, contractors, colleagues and others to identify health and safety risk areas, coordinate actions to ensure mitigation is effectively implemented
- Allocate jobs to engineer using the internal system

- You must have experience in a similar role previously
