Interim Finance Assistant immediately required
Location: Bristol (Hybrid Remote Working once trained)
Contract: 6 months + (Temp to Perm)
Hours: 22.5 hours (Mon-Fri)
Rate: £12.90 p/h via Umbrella
Our client a well-respected Charity based in Bristol are looking for a Finance Assistant to come on board for a long term part-time contract which potentially will have the opportunity to go permanent if successful. This will be an entry level position and training will be provided on all of the below.
- Adding invoices to Quickbooks online
- Completing finances spreadsheet
- Making payments on the bank
- Supporting payroll team
- Assisting with other administrative tasks when required(filing etc)
- AAT Part-Qualified
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Quickbooks
