We are working with a London-based women and children’s Charity to recruit for a new Finance System Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing the Charities implementation of a new Finance System
Job responsibilities:
- Project manage the implementation of the remaining phases of xLedger (Purchase Orders, integration with SalesForce and CIPHR payroll)
- Lead discussions with the Finance team to create necessary changes in processes and workflows within xLedger
- Create new reports or amend existing reports
- Deliver training and awareness sessions to the Finance team and new starters
- Collate support queries and manage resolution with xLedger’s Support desk
Candidate profile:
- Extensive experience of xLedger
- Subject matter expertise in finance systems and accounting principles
- Experience of designing and delivering training and presentations to small groups of staff including managers and senior leadership team
- Ability to write reports for presentation to senior managers
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Rate: £180 – £220per day
Contract type: 4-6 Month Contract
Working hours: Flexible/Full-time
Location: London (hybrid working – 1 day in office per week)
