Job Title: PA
Job description: Venn Group have been approached by an orgnisation in East Yorkshire to recruit a PA. This is initially a temporary contract which can go Permanent. The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive. The role requires professionalism, political awareness, and the ability to manage a dynamic and fast-moving workload. The PA will be a trusted gatekeeper and a key point of coordination between the Chief Executive, senior leaders, and external partners.
Duties:
- Manage the Chief Executive’s diary, correspondence, and communications with professionalism and discretion
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient planning and briefing materials are prepared
- Draft, proofread, and coordinate responses to correspondence, reports, presentations and briefings
- Support the Chief Executive in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and following up on key actions
- Liaise with senior stakeholders
- Organise travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements
- Assist in the coordination of Board meetings, sub-committees, and partnership forums
- Maintain confidentiality and operate with integrity and sound judgement at all times
The successful candidate will be required to attend the office 5 days a week and must have previous experience in an EA/PA role
Hourly Rate: £21.46 per hour including holiday pay
