Financial Systems Support Technician

Venn Group is currently working with a prestigious NHS Trust based in Berkshire to recruit for a Financial Systems Support Technician to provide support and maintenance to the financial systems team.
Rate: £133.92 (inc holiday pay), £147.58 umbrella
Location: Berkshire
Duration: 6 months, initially
Hours: 37.5 per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Financial Systems Support Team taking responsibility for providing support and maintenance services
- Supporting projects and work streams to deliver corporate and local strategic aims, implementing changes and policies to facilitate continuous service improvement
- Capturing, recording & documenting incidents and change along with the relevant associated data
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to users ensuring escalation of issues as appropriate
- Completing new user set up, user amendments and password resets
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience supporting Agresso or other financial systems
- Basic knowledge of finance and standard accounting practices
- Knowledge of reporting tools and service management tools
- Finance related technical support experience
