FM Mobilisation Manager

Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS trust in Surrey who are looking for a FM Mobilisation Manager to ensure soft FM services are operationally ready
Rate: £39.60 umbrella
Location: Surrey
Duration: 6 months
Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the successful transition of newly awarded FM projects through utilising extensive mobilisation experience and working closely with the contracts and operational Teams at all stages

Lead the mobilisation phase, seamlessly handing over the project to the operational managers and supporting them during the transition through to steady state

Act as the point of continuity for mobilisation and service transition management across all newly awarded projects

Work with the Senior Team and peers in driving continuous improvement into new operations and hence increase the value of the businesses offer to existing and new customers

Develop the client’s mobilisation capabilities
The successful candidate will have:
-
Previous experience of mobilising soft (and ideally hard) FM NHS contracts

Excellent communication skills
-
Operational management of Estates and Facilities teams
