Head of Capital Development wanted for an immediate start

Location: Suffolk

Length: Temporary on-going

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri

Rate:   £37.86 via Umbrella

Main responsibilities of the role

• Responsible for the Capital Development Team and Capital Projects
• Responding and reviewing before signing-off any scheme ensuring Robust Governance is in place for managing New Build and Refurbishment Work
• Hold management accountability for Senior Project Managers
• Ensuring a programme of training and development is in place within the Development Team to ensure that each member of staff is supported
• Effectively Lead the EFM element of the Capital Programme both in ensuring the identification, business case development and delivery of the backlog investment projects

Essential requirements                                                                                                                    

• Previous experience in managing staff in particular Project Managers
• Previous experience working within Capital Projects within commercial environments
