Interim Requirement
Head of Patient Experience & Engagement
Venn Group are currently working with a busy NHS organisation in London who are looking for a Head of Patient Experience & Engagement to join the team immediately.
Contract Length: 2-3 months
Daily Rate: £290 - £330
The Head of Patient Experience & Engagement will be responsible for:
- Leading the service of patient experience and involvement
- Ensuring that Patient Experience initiatives are joined up and fully effective internally in the organisation
- Leading on the feedback systems at the Trust including the family & friends survey
- Ensuring continuous improvement and measurable actions are being used in the team to improve overall processes at the Trust
- Producing reports for the Board of Directors and other members of Trust management, including the annual patient experience report and patient survey reports
- Assisting senior members of staff to ensure that practices and policies are monitored to enable continuous learning and thus improves and achieves positive changes in practice
It is essential that Head of Patient Experience & Engagement must have the following skills and experience:
- Strong NHS background
- Experience of handling complex elements of Patient Experience
- Line management experience
- Management of PALs, Complaints, Governance and Engagement processes within an NHS environment
