HealthRoster Project Manager
Rate: £25.00 per hour (+ holiday pay)
Contract: until March 2022
This role is to lead on the rollout of Allocate HealthRoster to the rest of the clinical staff within the end client, who aren’t already subject to e-Rostering.
Main duties:

To lead the project plan for rolling out electronic rostering to the clinical workforce

To act as the main point of contact for all e-roster enquiries for newly rolled out areas and those areas that are still to go live on e-roster

To deliver training to roster co-ordinators.

To support the development of policies, procedures and standards relating to the work of electronic rostering
HealthRoster Advisor
Rate: £18.00 per hour (+ holiday pay)
Contract: until March 2022
This is to support the HealthRoster Project Manager role listed above, working within an acute Trust.
Main duties:

Work effectively with departments to identify and input all relevant data into the e-Rostering platform

To be the central administrator for the system and work closely with the ESR Team, Payroll Team and existing e-rostering team to resolve any issues that arise

Identify key areas within departments that may require support and provide or make arrangements for support as appropriate

Support Clinical teams to develop local project plans, aligned with the overarching project governance structure and plan
For both roles, you’ll need to have a demonstrable understanding of implementing HealthRoster in an NHS environment.
