Venn Group is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator a Public Sector Organisation based in Nottingham.
Duties:
- To provide professional administrative support to the People Services team as an integral part of the Employee Services Team the People Services Assistant will work with the People Services Administrator to manage the recruitment cycle
- Ensure that an efficient customer focused professional service is provided and that safer recruitment processes and compliance are adhered to at all times
- Be involved in the full employee life-cycle for all staff recruitment, including adding adverts to Blue Octopus, recruitment, adding new starters to the HR system, induction, probation, absences, salary sacrifice scheme, variations of contract and leavers.
- Additionally they will be required to maintain the HR inbox, resolving queries and escalating/forwarding to the appropriate person for resolution.
