Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for a Regional Diversity and Inclusion Participation Manager for a major NHS Organisation based in West Yorkshire on an interim basis. This role will be fully remote working and the post holder must have strong communication and engagement skills and comfortable with communicating with members of staff at all levels and external bodies.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Advise and support managers in making adjustments to existing services and systems
- Present information and issues, explaining highly complex diversity and inclusion issues
- Project manage any diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Provide a point of reference on all issues across the organisation
- Collaboratively work with other Regional Diversity and Inclusion Managers across the organisation to ensure consistency
- Deliver training and briefings to line managers on diversity and inclusion issues
Essential Skills
- Specialist knowledge in Equality, Diversity and human rights
- Solid understanding of the Equality Act
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss and tackle sensitive issues with a wide range of stakeholders
