A nationally recognised Disability Charity are looking for a HR Advisor to deliver an effective service in line with their employee relations and manage a high volume of casework. They must be confident enough to manage cases on their own and have excellent stakeholder management experience.
Your duties will include:
- Providing expert advice to employees on complex employee relations cases
- Dealing with a high volume of casework
- Risk assessing ER casework, and seeking advice from the head of HR when necessary
- Developing a and implementing employment policies and procedures
- Deliver all People Policy and Change training to employees
- Proactively engage HR Business Partners on complex ER cases such as disciplinary, grievance and appeals including participating in regular case reviews, share information and best practice and seek legal advice where appropriate
- Carrying out HR administration such as arranging meetings
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- Strong ER experience
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Be immediately available or on short notice to work
