A permanent position has arisen for an HRBP within a highly-regarded housing organisation based in Hertfordshire:

Contract: Permanent
Rate: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring the HR systems are updated and monitor key HR KPIs and stats including, but not limited to; starters and leavers, probation, turnover, recruitment and retention, absence, holidays, diversity, and ER case level
- Formatting HR KPIs into a quarterly highlights paper to share with EMT
- Ensuring tribunal claims are kept to a minimum to avoid the incurrence of any costs
- Supporting and advising the HR Advisor as required on Disciplinary, Grievance, and similar ER issues to ensure consistency and compliance and provide an appeal route to deal with any complex cases
- Running workshops to enhance management capability when dealing with HR activity and minimise operational HR activity wherever possible
- Business Partnering all Assistant Director’s to ensure all operational HR needs are being met by the team in line with HR SLA, acting as an escalation point for the HR Advisor, as well as holding regular update meetings and sharing key KPI data relevant to the business area
- Ensure employee turnover is kept to a minimum by creating, monitoring and sharing key HR KPIs to identify any trends and highlight actions
- Identify any individual development needs and work with the T&E Coordinator to source appropriate training
- Running regular management workshops to enhance management capability when dealing with HR activity and minimise operational HR activity wherever possible
The successful candidate should have:
- CIPD qualification
- An ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
- Capability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable confidence in challenging senior stakeholders when necessary
- Strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage pressure
- A high degree of IT proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint and iTrent or equivalent HR system
