We are working with a leading care provider who is seeking a pragmatic and solutions-focused HR Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis - strong permanent opportunities also available
This is a pivotal role, supporting Home Managers across multiple sites to deliver operational excellence, manage risk, and ensure consistent, high-quality people practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted HR expert for Home Managers, providing hands-on support across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
- Coach managers to confidently handle sensitive people issues and embed consistent practices.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies, safeguarding the organisation from risk.
- Drive consistency in policy implementation, performance management, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) with proven experience in complex ER case management.
- Immediately Available to start a new role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law; multi-site or care sector experience advantageous.
- Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-driven, with excellent coaching and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential, due to regular travel requirements.
