HR Coordinator – £28,000–£30,000 | Hertfordshire
4 days on-site | 1 day WFH | Driving licence required
We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to join our clients team and play a key role in recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and HR support across their network.
What you’ll do:
✅ Support end-to-end recruitment & onboarding (DBS, Right to Work, references, etc.)
✅ Maintain fully compliant CQC staff files & audit records
✅ Manage Skilled Worker visa sponsorship & Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)
✅ Provide HR admin support: probation reviews, contract changes, training compliance, payroll data, and more
✅ Act as a key contact for employees and managers on HR queries
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll support smooth HR operations, ensure compliance, and make a real difference to both staff and residents.
Location: Hertfordshire (occasional travel to other sites, once every 3–6 months).
