**New Opportunity – HR Officer**
Venn Group are working with one of London’s leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit an HR Officer to start as soon as possible.
The successful HR Officer will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute HR Officer responsibilities to a high standard.
Title: HR Officer
Location: Central London
Hourly Rate: £18 – £21
Hours: Full time
Contract : 12 months
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Develop strategies that enhance employee relations
- Ensure employees have correct pay and benefits
- Promote equality, health and safety within the company
- Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports
Essential Skills:
- Must have housing association experience
- Must have knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Must have an understanding of both right to work check and visa application processes
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in a HR role
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Ability to logically analyse situations and provide practical and acceptable solutions
