HR Officer
North London – On-site
Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
£28,000 – £30,000
We’re looking for a proactive HR Officer to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across a busy Healthcare environment. This varied role covers generalist HR support including recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle administration, HR systems management, and junior ER casework.
You’ll act as a first point of contact for staff and managers, handling a broad range of queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Please bear in mind that this role will be full time on site for the first 6 months until probation is passed, so please only apply if you are happy with this.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting payroll updates and reporting
- Advising on policies and HR processes
- Assisting with absence, maternity/paternity, and flexible working requests
- Leading on low-level ER cases with guidance
You’ll need:
✔ 2+ years’ HR admin experience within the Public Sector
✔ CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
✔ Strong IT and communication skills
