A leading charity is looking for a HR professional to join their teamto carry out general human resource responsibilities and aid in a smooth running of the departments across the company.
Your duties will include:
- Dealing with HR, Employee Relations and recruitment queries
- Coaching and advising line managers on performance related issues
- Dealing with and processing DBS and right to work checks
- Managing HR system and liaising with Payroll
- Providing second line support to the HR Manager
- Managing HR inbox
- Carrying out HR adhoc duties as assigned by line manager
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- Enhanced DBS or have the willingness to undertake one
- General HR experience
- iTrent or other HR system skills
