HR Recruitment Advisor
An exciting position has arisen for a HR Recruitment Advisor to work for a non- for-profit organisation in Sutton.
The successful post holder will be working as part of the HR Operations team to provide a high quality, professional and customer-focussed recruitment service across the organisation, in line with HR policies and procedures and agreed service levels.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that recruiting managers are familiar with relevant policy and procedure in relation to recruitment and selection
- Provide all relevant recruitment documentation to recruiting managers e.g. Funding Authorisation Forms, job descriptions, person specifications, advertisements etc
- Regularly give guidance and advice to recruiting managers on the best place to advertise roles
- Participate in selection interviews, as and when required
- Make sure the obligations in relation to Visa and Immigration documentation are met
- Ensure that candidates are provided with the appropriate documentation and information to support their visa and sponsorship applications
- Liaise with Procurement and Finance to manage the Preferred Suppliers List and ensure that the best rates, candidate quality and terms and conditions are negotiated
- Manage the performance of Recruitment Administrators; regular 1:1 meeting, appraisals, reviewing performance, identifying development needs through working plans, coaching and mentoring
- Develop, review, and implement recruitment-related policies, procedures, and guidance documents
- Update line managers and staff with reviewed policies and providing guidance and training where required
Person Specification:
- Overall involvement in running an end-to-end, centralised recruitment service
- Record of managing Tier 2 and Tier 5 visas applications and in advising managers and staff and prospective staff on relevant processes
- Recent experience of contributing to the development and reviewing HR policies and procedures
- First-line people management experience
- Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Recruitment experience gained in an academic, NHS or not-for-profit organisation (Desirable)
- Knowledge of implementing innovative recruitment initiatives (Desirable)
- Proficiency of managing a Preferred Suppliers List (Desirable)

Salary Range: £27,600 to £36,000 per annum
Hybrid Pattern: 2 days onsite/ 3 days working from home
