HR Systems Analyst

A position has arisen for a HR Systems Analyst to work for a Charity based in Central London.
Salary: £37,000
Length: 6-month fixed term contract
Job Role entails:
- Understanding HR and Payroll Systems and any other supplementary modules
- Ensuring furloughed employees are being paid correctly and that the furlough processes run effectively
- Inducting new users in the correct use of the HR system/s
- Working with Head of HR Systems and other team member to develop new systems solutions and tools
- Providing system administration support ensuring the system is running optimally
- Managing and ensuring data integrity of the organisation structure in the system
- Utilising and producing accurate ad-hoc management reports
- Testing the functionality within reports and rebuild reports
- Making improvements to reports to improve accuracy or usability
- Undertaking other duties as required for the effective running of the department
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- Experience of HR/Payroll processes and systems (e.g. iTrent, ResourceLink, PeopleSoft, CoreHR etc)
- Experience of furlough and related process and system administration
- Aptitude using reporting software and IT skills
