Job description: A well-established public sector organisation in the Wakefield area are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. There will be requirement to be on site one day per week.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- Developing and maintaining the HR/Payroll IT system and reporting system to ensure robust and reliable data is available to the organisation
- Supporting the maintenance of the quality and consistency of the People an reporting systems
- Responsible for creating and manipulating reports using the HR/Payroll systems
- Creating and producing business focussed management information to support to the development of pragmatic solutions for People Services, Payroll and the Trust
- Ensuring the People system is updated, maintained and developed to meet the organisations, People Services and payroll objectives
- Supporting the rest of the HR team on casework including supporting on grievance and disciplinary meetings
- Assisting with HR advice and guidance to line managers in the organisation
It is essential that candidates applying for this role have previous experience as a HR Advisor and desirable that are fully qualified to Level 5 CIPD.
