IM&T Customer Support Lead
We are working with a large NHS organisation based in London who are looking for a Band 7 IM&T Customer Support Lead to be responsible for the 1st and 2nd line support of all customer support services across the trust.
Location: London
Rate: £240- £270 per day then perm ranges from £46,000- £50,000
Length: 3 months initially

Key responsibilities include:
- Provision of an effective and evolving IT Service Monitoring Service
- Ensuring user service levels are met, including telephony and tickets service levels
- Acting as Service Owner for the Customer Support Service and IT Service Monitoring Service
- Being accountable for the Customer Support Team including the line-management of resources
- Ensuring services meet agreed service levels, legislative and regulatory compliance requirements
- Responsible for supporting silent running of IM&T operations by adopting proactive service
- Management practices and standards set by IT Service Management
- Manage on call incident management (in and out of hours)
- Development and maintenance of the Customer Support and IT Service Monitoring Services
- Conducting regular service performance reporting
Required skills/experience include:
- Substantial experience within a senior IT server-application support role, including the line management of staff
- Experience of service development/service review and leading on successful implementation and change
- Previous experience working for the NHS is desirable
