Interim Customer Insight Manager
We are currently supporting a London Borough who are looking to bring in a Customer Insight Manager to support the Performance, Insight and Improvement of their Community Wellbeing directorate.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead on all Research & Insight related matters for Community & Wellbeing, ensuring that the function effectively supports decision making across the directorate’s services
- Work with SLT and managers across the directorate to make better use of intelligence and research insight in strategically planning the future direction and delivery of services and commissioning decisions, improve business performance and the experiences of service users and stakeholders
- Develop, implement and oversee strategic approach to the generation, collation, interpretation and dissemination of research and insight
- Work with colleagues in Performance, Insight and Improvement to develop systems and structures for collating and disseminating research, intelligence and insight information
- Provide advice on, and quality assure, the use of a full range of appropriate evaluation, qualitative and quantitative methodologies in support of CWB service objectives
- Oversee and quality assure the use of modelling and forecasting by CWB
- Generate, collate and interpret information and intelligence, to include leading the production of the JSNA and supporting the DPH in the production of annual public health reports
- Ensure access to appropriate evidence bases, and advise on, and quality assure, the critical use of evidence by the department
- Ensure staff maintain a high-level skill base in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including epidemiology; evaluation; modelling; forecasting and critical appraisal of the evidence base
Experience required:
- Must have worked at a similar senior level, ideally in the public sector / Local Authority
- Able to analyse, interpret and present information at a senior level
