Interim HR Advisor
We’re excited to be working with a valued client in order to source an HR Advisor for an ongoing interim post. The main duties of the role will include:
Handling employee relations cases including disciplinary hearing, sickness absence (and LTA), grievance and dismissal
Providing advice and support to line managers
Handling HR queries and escalating problems as required
Undertaking generalist HR duties and assisting the HR team as required
You’ll have recent relevant experience in Human Resources, and will have examples to demonstrate where you have handled an ER caseload.
