Interim Leadership and Talent Development Manager required (remote role)

Contact length: 3 months +
Daily rate: £150 – 200 via Umbrella
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Leadership and Talent Development Manager to join our highly esteemed educational client in the South West for a 3 month contract initially.
Duties will include:
- Develop and enhance the professional and personal capacity, capability and performance of leaders, managers, teams, and individuals in accordance with organisational strategy and ensure development is aligned with the Strategy Implementation Plan
- Engage with faculties and services to facilitate and lead the development and alignment of innovative and responsive leadership, talent and learning development, workforce, talent development and succession planning, transformation, redesign, people and performance management, engagement and recognition initiatives and events
- Support effective performance development and management and career development, engagement and staff experience and coaching and mentoring initiatives and interventions, that align with the organisational purpose, vision strategy, policy, process, values, to enhance continuous organisational and learning improvement and to support a high performing and resilient workforce
- Contribute to organisation-wide initiatives, projects and programmes and work collaboratively to create and implement innovative and effective, strategies, policies, processes, and toolkits covering leadership, organisational and learning development, workforce, talent development and succession planning, transformation, redesign, people and performance management, diversity and inclusion, cultural change, embody the organisational values wellbeing, engagement, and recognition
- Develop and nurture talent, career development succession, performance, coaching and mentoring, policies, processes, frameworks, tool kits and metrics, with HR and OD colleagues, to develop, retain and motivate individuals and teams to deliver on both strategic and operational outcomes through continuous improvement and sustainable organisational transformation
Essential Requirements:
- Strong leadership and talent management skills gained within large unionised organisations
- Experience business partnering with senior stakeholders
- CIPD Qualified (level 7 ideally)
Desirable Requirements:
- HR experience gained within the educational sector
