Interim Wellbeing Advisor
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organization in the Merseyside area who urgently require a temporary Wellbeing Advisor to work on a hybrid basis, for 3 months initially.
The key role responsibilities are:
Focusing on the Wellbeing programme rolled out by the organization
Maintaining a proactive, customer focussed, professional HR advisory service to managers across the organisation
Providing guidance and support to staff within the organization
Empathy and excellent listening skills in confidence, to support and signpost colleagues within the project
Confident to have a conversation with a colleague who may be feeling low or struggling and equipped with resilience/health and wellbeing techniques to support the colleague and help to develop their own plan of actions/next steps
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a particular interest in staff health and wellbeing.
Please note that this role requires on-site working 2 days a week with some flexibility to be pre-agreed with the organization.
